I love how easy it was to set up my blog, but more importantly that they were able to help me with several questions along way (even after launch).
There are some minor bugs here & there which can be fixed easily by their support team though! My biggest problem at this point in time has been getting people who use Twitter or Facebook into using our platform as well!! We've seen an increase of users across all platforms since implementing post haven - great service from start-up through implementation phase too :).
