Our customer service reps are very knowledgeable about our products as well as other vendors they work with to ensure seamless integration among different platforms. The price point makes it accessible across many industries allowing us great flexibility. There isn't much I dislike at this time but there could always be room improvement if needed! Highly recommend working with them for your needs. Managed call center that provides excellent voice quality while solving business problems related to communications/IT infrastructure issues within specific industry segments (healthcare) The support is excellent and the staff is friendly. I have had several issues with our phone system and the staff have been very helpful and supportive. I have never once had an issue that did not get resolved in a timely fashion. I would recommend this product to any of our customers. The phone system has been very stable and reliable for over a decade now. We are able to conduct business without interruption. The phone system is always working.
