Review on πŸ‘“ Blue-Light Blocking Computer Reading Glasses by ThinOptics with Milano Aluminum Case by Dave Mosby

Revainrating 1 out of 5

They are very thin as advertised but small and thin

Pros: These glasses are compact. As stated, they are very thin. They are light. The spring-loaded case is slim and well made to keep your glasses safe. It closes beautifully. Conveniently fits in a pocket next to your phone. Cons: Glasses are very thin. The arms aren't spring loaded at all, so they just dangle. They seem very fragile because they are so light. I get a little nervous when dealing with them. The lenses zoom as expected, but the field of view is limited in the center. If you look at the edges, vision quickly becomes blurred. The arms are short at the ears. Glasses are smaller on the face than regular glasses by a noticeable amount. Given how they look and feel I would say they are very overpriced. They are good for short-term use, e.g. B. as a menu in a restaurant, but you can never wear them all day at the computer as stated on the packaging. The black frame appears to be plain paint on acrylic that can be easily removed. Maybe not, but that's my impression. In general, I think the price of the goods is simply too high. The case exudes more value than glasses. They are suitable for easy and quick deployment when you want to carry a set of lightweight readers with you. You wouldn't want to use them for long-term use at all. The field of view and the glasses themselves are too small for that.

Pros
  • Brilliantly made
