I was a longtime Myoplex fan before the geniuses at Abbot Labs shut it down after acquiring EAS. Until I discovered Labrada, it was the only complete shake available for people like me who were looking for an all-in-one meal replacement solution to meet their protein needs during exercise. So I jumped in with both feet and ordered two cases of each flavor - more than a $300 investment. One of the worst decisions I've ever made - this thing explodes in my gut and does the same to everyone I know who I've shared it with. I figured it might take a while to get used to it so I used it daily for a couple of weeks but eventually had to stop - it was throwing away my electrolytes and causing dehydration. I'm not exaggerating at all - this is a major disappointment!
