I "ate a steak " but I will not be a regular customer at this "steak house ".

Does not tear easily. Always leaves a part behind. It didn't do well around my finished basement windows. When applied, it just kept pulling back. I also used it to patch a small hole in a tent and after a few days it curled up and detached from the fabric. I "ate a steak" but I will not be a regular customer at this "steak house".
