I bought these sneakers and my grandson only wore them to school on September 8th. In early November, a huge hole appeared on the insole, a quarter the size below the ball of the foot. This was due to the bare structure underneath the padding, which made them very uncomfortable. I explained this to customer service and sent pictures of the outside, top and bottom of the shoes showing they are in pristine condition. I also showed them the hole. I was told it was just wear and tear. They offered me 35% off a new pair but the price has gone up to over $20 since purchase which has gotten me nowhere. I can't believe Skechers only expects customers to be able to use their products for two months. My grandson has worn sneakers all his life and is now sixteen. We've had many different brands over the years including Skechers and they've never worn down in a shoe like this and in such a short amount of time. The quality of this product was terrible and the customer service is even worse. Obviously, Skechers doesn't really value its customers.
