All in all a great little mop! The wiping part is very thick and soft and the rubber ring ensures that you don't scratch the floor. However, if you push hard enough, the middle plastic will definitely fall to the ground, so be careful! One downside I've found is that the handle (where it attaches to the mop) doesn't fully align. Not sure if this requires removing the screws or if it's just product design, but the mop head is always tilted (video to show what I mean). I personally haven't had a problem with this, but it doesn't work if you're trying to wipe or clean a small area where the handle hits objects. Its flatness is great for getting under things, and the nozzle design is great for working in corners and hard-to-reach places! Apart from this small flaw, it works great. I haven't washed the pads yet so not sure how well they will hold up but there are two! Please note: the pup goes haywire when I swipe, increasing the difficulty. XD The mop is very light, but when the pup is attached to the head of the mop, it increases significantly.
