I bought this to use my bike as a stationary bike for torn meniscus rehab. It was pretty easy to set up, but I don't know if I did it right because there were no instructions in the kit. The drag magnet is pretty jittery too, you can just pop a few extra ball cards into the spokes and it will give you more pedal feedback. Rschunimagu.
