After about 2 years of use I can say with confidence that this is the best pillow I have ever had. It takes a couple of nights to set the fill level perfectly, but once set, the comfort is out of this world. Buckwheat filler looks high quality and doesn't break down into smaller pieces. You can thin or tuck in the headrest area and the padding will stay in place. Bag made of thick fabric with high-quality zipper. They contain a lot of extra filling so you can use them as sofa cushions or make them thin for a bed. Mine is about half full. It's well worth the money and also comes with a thank you note from the family that makes it which I thought was a great touch.
