My sister brought one of these from China a few years ago. In China, you just buy bags of buckwheat and ask someone to make you a pillow, which makes a lot of sense. and no one sells buckwheat wholesale in our states. I left it in transit which I regret. like a rattle you can give the buckwheat what you need for the head/neck. I can never go back to a regular soft pillow.
