We could find out who was present where at real time (this information wasn't immediately visible if there were more than one team member assigned with this task), easily share it as PDFs or Powerpoints that anybody had access tooo., so we get all workflows ready before they come back from their customer meeting for instance - very useful! This way any employee can be notified about that he/she has been included into specific project right after notification comes through mails etc..
