It’s definitely sticky
Works great, on a cool surface, DON’T use on a hot one! Tried to put a logo on a car in the sun, wasted that material and my time. I did use it to transfer vinyl to a glass door, I was almost swinging off it to get it off the door, works great with cricut material, but I wouldn’t use it for the finer line stuff, way to sticky will pull the vinyl off with it
