Review on 📏 Ozeri 4x3razor Pocket 3D Pedometer and Activity Tracker with Bosch Tri-Axis Technology - German Engineered, Vibrant Yellow by Ryan Bowers

October 30th (First Purchase September 3rd). After my first negative message, customer service finally contacted me regarding my complaint/evaluation. After my explanation, they sent a replacement gator strap clip. However, what I did receive was a belt clip. :( I immediately informed the company using the phone number on the parcel label and also sent an email. Within 24 hours I received an email and an apology. They also immediately sent the requested strap clip. YES! As mentioned before , the device itself works/works great on its own my wife is very happy with the performance of the device (she loves those callers!) we have walked over 90 miles since original purchase the pedometer results are pretty close to what my droid app shows as a reflects distance measurement which of them are more accurate. I don't know customer. Ms. is happy, I'm happy. Thanks!------- The device works fine. However, the gator clip didn't work on arrival. Me could not open the clip until I plugged it in. I requested a replacement Alligato rny clamp more than a month ago and have had no response from the Ozeri company.Sc awful customer service!
