Exactly what I was looking for! I was able to install everything myself. The metal tube that went from the ceiling to the TV mount was in multiple pieces so I could adjust it to the height I wanted. We have a two story house and with young children I wanted to install a TV and it worked better than I had hoped. Quality product, easy instructions and great design. Highly recommended.
