Excessive run out of part

I installed them in my 1989 V2500 4X4 Suburban hubs and checked run out with a dial indicator. Runout was 0.008 inches, twice the maximum specification. I had to bring the hub/rotor assemblies to Napa and they had to scrap them to fix the problem. Rotors made in China.
