The cloud software has been excellent, but as a new user I've had difficulty getting the right people involved with setting up my account. When I call, I get the automated message saying "please leave a message after the tone". It takes a couple calls before anyone answers and then they never pick up. I've emailed them twice, and still no response. I think they should make sure that someone responds to every email within 24 hours, especially when it involves making payments. In addition, I want a monthly summary report of my usage. The software is very expensive, and so far it hasn't been worth the price tag. I've called about 5 times and they haven't fixed any bugs, only told me to use the forum to report issues. The website doesn't give enough information about how to manage your finances. A better user interface would help too. I'm looking forward to trying other options, but at this point I don't see why I'd choose CMC over another provider.
