This was a trial for me because I have to use their services for my company. I didn't want to get stuck paying for something I didn't use, so I signed up for a month trial. During the first week, the software crashed three times. On top of that, I have been getting emails saying that my "service" account has been suspended and asking me to verify my identity. When I called customer service, I asked why the emails keep coming in. The representative said, "That's our spam filter". So now I'm…

They provide a very detailed explanation about how publishing works and answers all your questions.

Very helpful when I was looking to get my book published and am trying to find people who would help me out. They provided a very detailed explanation about how publishing works and answered all my questions. Also helped me figure out how to apply for different grants so I could publish my book. They really went above and beyond helping me with this project. Not only did they answer my emails quickly but were always available to talk or meet up if needed. If you are thinking about applying…

  • They answered every question that I had right away and made sure to make me feel comfortable with what they offer
  • The pricing structure is great and they give you a fair amount of time to pay your subscription fee (they will refund you)

  • There are things that should be fixed or added but I am not sure what they would do.

Cloud software has been excellent, but as a new user I've had difficulty getting the right people involved with setting up my account.

The cloud software has been excellent, but as a new user I've had difficulty getting the right people involved with setting up my account. When I call, I get the automated message saying "please leave a message after the tone". It takes a couple calls before anyone answers and then they never pick up. I've emailed them twice, and still no response. I think they should make sure that someone responds to every email within 24 hours, especially when it involves making payments. In addition, I want
