Review on Carlson Management Consulting by Johnny Snyder

This was a trial for me because I have to use their services for my company. I didn't want to get stuck paying for something I didn't use, so I signed up for a month trial. During the first week, the software crashed three times. On top of that, I have been getting emails saying that my "service" account has been suspended and asking me to verify my identity. When I called customer service, I asked why the emails keep coming in. The representative said, "That's our spam filter". So now I'm left wondering if my trial is still valid, and if I should cancel.
