Review on SVM Global by Dewitt Graham

I had heard that they were reliable but did not really know what to expect when we started using them for our events (we use these as thank you gifts). They have been great! Our event was held in Las Vegas at The Cosmopolitan so it's an expensive city - everything has high overheads etc., however their customer service team are very helpful & responsive even though there may be times where orders do fall through which can sometimes cause delays with delivery dates or order cancellations if your recipient does change his/her mind about receiving one after all. We've used SVMG now twice during my time working here (<10k attendees)and will definitely continue doing business via this channel going forward due primarily because 1.) Their pricing structure makes sense compared to others out ther who quote "per card" 2.). It allows us flexibility without needing multiple teams / employees managing separate channels 3.), No risk associated wtih returns from recipients 4.
