I had heard that they were reliable but did not really know what to expect when we started using them for our events (we use these as thank you gifts). They have been great! The platform provides great flexibility in terms what you can do with your Gift Cards including customizing them to fit our business needs as well! We particularly like that we have access through their website or mobile app from anywhere (even if they are not physically near us). I wish there was more interaction between different departments within my organization so it would be easier for others who were unfamiliar w/the system at first but loved how easy everything worked once fully trained
