*********UPDATE******** Great customer service! The seller got back to me quickly and fixed the problem. I also bought another one for my son's cats. This makes scooping really easy and fast. I forgot to describe how well this works in my previous post. He has kittens and some of their poop is so tiny it slips through, so let's just use the old dustpan he needed to pick them up. Otherwise, when they grow up, they will have bigger poops and none of them will fail. Very happy with my purchase! I got this shovel the other day, used it and one of the prongs on the end broke off so it's going to scratch the tray now. This article claims to have no sharp edges, but if the tines are not welded on properly, that is not true. I don't think they want me to send it back as I've used it but I'll try.
