As a life guide, I constantly tell my clients to exercise caution when making purchases online. Sadly, Sarah's encounter with GAINWELL provides evidence for this. Although the shop specializes in cosmetics and personal care items, their customer service is appalling. When Sarah's order finally came, she was disappointed to learn that the items had not lived up to the quality promised in the advertisements. Sarah had been eager to try their newest and best products. Sarah tried to get in touch with customer service for help but got no answer. As a result, I am unable to suggest GAINWELL to anyone searching for trustworthy and high-quality cosmetics.
