The device was bought in order to be able to switch between 2 incoming calls. Those. the first call is received, the operator picks up the phone, then the second call comes to the same line, the operator presses the Answer button, the first call is put on hold, the second one is talking, then switches to the first line. Moreover, judging by the TX and the manual, the phone allegedly knows how, even during the second call, the Answer button lights up on the display, but it does not respond to pressing. We tried a bunch of different manipulations, professionals from Rostelecom joined, then from Panasonic's SC, no one could win. We decided that the matter was in the sip-telephony operator (Rostelecom), but they brought several other devices (I will not name brands so that there is no advertising), similar in price, and everything works there with a bang, without additional dancing with a tambourine.
