I have had these bands for a few weeks now and am loving how versatile they are. I can mimic almost any piece of gym equipment with them! So far they seem very well made and durable. These bands would be great for a beginner looking to get started with home activity to the advanced athlete. I’m a personal trainer and have already recommended them to a bunch of my clients to add to their home gyms.
