This is a beautiful mug and box! However, I have to say that the durability was only given as 3 because the first cup arrived broken, as if it were broken. But it was well packed. Maybe it was like that from the factory or came like that? Anyway, I contacted Revane and the other side. Communication was good. I was sent another mug which was well packaged and a little more padding was added in the box to keep the handle in the slot and all is fine. The first time must have been a mistake. If it wasn't for that it would be a 5 for strength but looking at the NEW mug that was sent it looks very strong. It would be a good gift. I would like a little more, but that's enough.
