NAIL TIP: It's a shame that so many people have to struggle with small nails. Here's a trick I learned years ago. Simply find the spot where you want to attach the notched hanger and insert two pins into the holes in the hanger. Remove the sawtooth bracket and reinsert the push pins into the frame, this time pushing (or twisting them back and forth) the pins all the way into the wood. Then remove the push pins and place the metal bracket in place. Then insert the tips of the nails into the pilot holes so they are snug and strong enough to drive in without being held down. Gently tap the small nails. Light!
