I usually wear a 36FF but as it's a low cut I wear a medium to high cup size . If you wear more on the outside or lower, you probably don't need to increase your cup size. The strap is sized perfectly, snug enough to hold but not binding. Excellent support, even when running or jumping. I could make more room around the tummy but it's a swimsuit so that's fine. The color is very red almost with an orange tinge so bright and stunning.
