big disappointment!
None of the heads worked as advertised except for the file head. Grind & Smooth didn't remove the burrs. Buff&Shine did nothing, but still left a white film on the nails. The cuticle remover didn't remove the few cuticles I have. The file head worked a little but was difficult to maneuver due to its awkward shape. My nails were filed unevenly. In fact, my nails look worse than before I used this device. The most annoying and inconvenient problem: there is no adapter to connect the USB charger to the wall.
