Turn on the device and start using it and the power button (it's cheap plastic) falls off. I don't know who came up with the idea of building a device that could be great and then ruining it with a cheap switch and rendering it unusable. So far I've been able to snap it back into place to turn it off, but I'm sure the cheap plastic won't last long. Maybe I can turn it on and off with a small screwdriver. I DON'T KNOW.

None of the heads worked as advertised except for the file head. Grind & Smooth didn't remove the burrs. Buff&Shine did nothing, but still left a white film on the nails. The cuticle remover didn't remove the few cuticles I have. The file head worked a little but was difficult to maneuver due to its awkward shape. My nails were filed unevenly. I have the perfect upper lip hair remover and I love it! I have tried a spotless nail salon and feel like a waste of my money, the cuticle remover does not work as advertised and the buffer stops mid-use.

Mostly I liked the nail set, however when using the "smooth" tool. Now I don't have this part of the tool available anymore. it had to be a solid file, not just a tight cover.

The small gold tab on the power button came loose when I was unboxing the product. It will not hold up very well and will need to be repaired before more is sold. The file attachment has also split my nails since then, the smoothing and polishing attachments are useless and the product is completely useless.
