the wig itself is well made/is of quality construction. I wore this wig about 5 hrs. Oct. 30th. then I wore it again Oct. 31st about 8 hrs. I itched a few times I specifically remembered. the next morning I woke up with a terrible rash on my ears, behind my ears, and the nape of my neck! it became progressively worse as the day went on. I did not eat anything new/different - as the seller insisted when I contacted them to let them know & to inquire if there had been any other reports of similar issue. the only thing new and different was this wig. the rash felt like chemical burn - I hardly slept the next few nights (due to ears touching pillow and causing extreme discomfort) and was unable to even brush my hair for a couple of days. I commenced taking benydryl & ibuprofen for the swelling. I also applied (as directed by my physician) ointment but it took 7 days before my ears began to look and feel normal. they began to peel/flake around the 5th day and were clear and free of affect by the 11th day. horrible and miserable feeling. the seller was unwilling to acknowledge that their product was defective in any way shape or form. I will never purchase from them again.all things considered.the wig came a couple of weeks early - quick delivery. it was nice looking & quality made. I had a reaction that caused a horrible rash. I contacted the seller to advise & they felt it wasn't the wig. I opted to return it & the seller promptly issued a refund. 1 star for fast delivery. 1 star for quality 1 star for customer service they asked me to reconsider my initial 1 star review. done.
