The cord broke after a few months of use (to be honest my little girl is not that easy on her stuff) but I contacted Ugreen as the Revain website says exactly that . Yugrin then sends me back to Revane and vice versa. Revain eventually took charge and was great for us as always, but Ugreen (although friendly on their emails) didn't seem interested in fixing it for us. We received a refund from Revain and immediately to ANKER! You should all consider doing the same ;)
