Review on 6 Inch Black Matte Salt and Pepper Mill Set - Peugeot Fidji by Jamal Gerrero

I've been looking for the highest quality salt and pepper grinders I could find and this set works really well. The cap is made of high quality stainless steel and the grinders appear to be all metal. The only question I had when I bought them was how to tell the salt from the pepper since they look exactly the same. The top ball of each mill has a capital "P" and "S". The only thing that disappointed me about this set is that Peugeot uses cheap hardwood (at least it is wood) with a matte black finish. The same finish as cheap Chinese furniture and I expect to show scuffs and chipped paint over time. This makes the set significantly cheaper than it is. I would advise Peugeot to use better quality hardwood instead and paint it dark black instead. After years of use with oily hands, it develops a beautiful patina and is worth its price.
