I am by no means a fitness guru. I use this protein powder to help me lose weight while building muscle. I have previously used the EAS benefit which has been discontinued. This protein powder is way better. It's easy to mix with a blender, tastes amazing, and works great. I feel so full when I drink it. I use a scoop and a half for every 12 ounces of water. I have no bloating or other side effects. That's the real deal. I even brought some to work for everyone to try and got a few co-workers to switch to this powder. Now I own every fragrance and alternative fragrances. My personal favorite is cookies and cream. If you are looking for a new protein powder, be sure to try this one, you won't regret it.
