Underwear is something essential that is, like infrastructure, rarely thought about until it starts crumbling (and we start grumbling). As someone used to wearing the cheap Hanes (or, even Fruit of the Loom), I have to say I was missing out.These are gorgeously bright and colorful, which is a plus for mens underwear which lean oppressively monochrome (why so demure?) in general. The neon colors are bright without being assaulting, and along with the tight fit (smooth tight, not restrictive) are hugely flattering.Do not worry about people seeing the underwear poke above pants (unless they would otherwise see a plumbers crack) as the black band at the top is quite thick and does not ride up or down in my experience under normal walking, sitting, and moving. That said, the "leg sleeves" have a tendency to ride up about an inch or so if walking up steep hills/stairs. All boxer briefs do this, so no stars removed for that.Four stars because, as great as this underwear is, it is underwear. Somewhere out there is a five-star pair, a swarthy hammock of unsurpassed comfort and sex appeal to cover and carefully accentuate the apex of one's legs. These are good but, like, they're not going to change your life like women's trousers. ;-)
