I believe I am the first reviewer so I would like to warn you about this stroller. It looks like a nice design, but it's actually terrible! First, the instructions are terrible. They show the front wheels when it comes to the rear wheels and vice versa. Second, the axle wasn't long enough for both rear wheels! Third, there is no customer service. I called to talk about it and received what I believe to be a personal cell phone. The voicemail was "Hey, how are you! Leave a message". But you can't leave a message because your mailbox is full! Eventually, the item got so big that it had to be repackaged. To do this, it had to be completely disassembled, which was also impossible! Revain needs to do better screening of suppliers This must be banned!
