This is left on my stove because I use it everyday for breakfast or dinner. It is well constructed and of good quality! This pan is not flimsy or cheap in any way, and it browns and cooks to perfection in a fraction of the time my other non-stick pans did, and I don't worry about it transferring any residue to the food.
