Slightly sticky to the touch - pen holder
The pen has a sticky texture (e.g. when plastic or rubber objects start to break). When you first take them out of the box they feel good. Only after you put them on a pen or pencil, an applied coating easily peels off. I ended up wrapping it in duct tape. I'll probably look for a different brand next time.
