I used a similar microfiber pen on my cars for a while and loved it until it broke. This required a change. Much more than this. This one looked like it had solved all the problems of the old one. So far, so good. The mop head is smaller than expected, but if it's too big it will float over the gaps in the bodywork. small is ok As someone else suggested, I stuff a small towel under my head so it puffs up a bit and doesn't curl inward too much. In general I like the design. Everything feels thoughtful and solid except for one feature I don't like at all, so I modified it. The white part that holds the head has "stoppers" so it snaps into place when the head is tilted. To me, this defeats the whole purpose of the pan/tilt function. The head should flow freely, not get stuck or snap. I used my dremel to sand down the studs and loosened them just enough that the mop head can now swing freely. Much better. At least to wash the car.
