Total failure of the product!
This product consists of two parts that slide apart to form a space between two shelves. The tolerances are so tight that there was nothing I could do to prevent the top piece from separating from the bottom piece and to make matters worse there is no way to properly grip the two pieces for you to use pry apart with enough force to untangle them. . There is no way to fit a tool to separate them. I'm pretty resourceful, but I gave up and got it back.
