I really wanted to like it. I bought this one thinking Chrome OS would be similar to Windows. It looks more like a phone or tablet. The system is based on a Google/Gmail account (your password/login is your email and password). It would be great for vacations, but I wanted a work computer. And after activating it, I found that I couldn't install the Microsoft 365 package for Windows on it. I would have to go to Google Play and install each program (like Excel) separately and pay separately. More expensive and not good reviews. It might be too new for other programs like Photoshop to be available for it (I didn't even check because it was getting too time consuming). Unfortunately I returned it. I really wanted to like it. If it's just for surfing the web, email and watching Netflix, this is a great laptop for that. It's fast, incredibly light, and the screen goes all the way to the edge, making it very smooth.
