My first original order was missing a screw. I contacted customer service and they removed me asap. The agent (RAIN) was very helpful and I (as a customer service manager) definitely appreciated RAIN's attention and offered 2 profitable options. She asked me if I would like to return for a refund or if I would like a replacement. I needed a performance kit so I told her I didn't want to sell it for a refund. Because of the price she said she would issue another install and I do NOT need to return the item previously received. This is a great demonstration of AMAZON's commitment to customer satisfaction.
