Works as advertised and is great value for money
This is the best chef's knife for cutting any food that tends to stick, especially potatoes and cheese, but is also great for any other veg . I use it for carrots, peppers, onions, whatever. But it goes well with potatoes, tomatoes and cheese. Holes and comb work as advertised. They push sticky products away from the knife and make difficult cutting tasks easier.
