Review on Standard Motor Products RY 731 Signal by Chip Palmer

I bought a Honda with a hyper flashing turn signal on the passenger side. I'm not a mechanic so I've read a lot on the forum and there seem to be several reasons for this. It could be a bad light bulb (although the filament looks good, it may still need to be replaced), the fact that someone installed LED bulbs, or a faulty relay. Tried changing the bulbs first - to no avail. The YouTube videos I watched showed that the relay would probably make noise if that was the problem. I wasn't sure if this relay would help as mine made no noise but it worked! I will say that removing the original relay was a huge pain. I ended up disabling both tabs which made it a lot easier lol. Again, I'm no mechanic :D Installed a new relay and solved the hyperfirmware issue. Very fast and inexpensive repair!
