I was hesitant to assemble my own gaming computer and buy a ready-made one. After checking the parts prices it turned out to be on par or even cheaper than building it yourself, with the added bonus of a warranty and support from CUK. The processor is already overclocked, which I wouldn't be able to do myself. The fan speed changes as needed. They can be pretty loud. Someone I know compared it to when there's a storm raging outside and you can hear the wind rustling through the leaves. I know you can change the settings to be quieter or wake up to a higher threshold, but what I really like is knowing the computer doesn't overheat. If I put my hand near the vents during normal use, the air feels cool, not even warm. When I play a graphics intensive game like X-Plane 11, the graphics card gets hot and I can feel warm air, but it seems very effective in keeping things running smoothly. The air speed is amazing. I am very happy with my purchase. It was packed very tightly and well protected.
