Exact replacement model

Replaced a broken 15 year old Ellington ceiling fan wall switch. This replacement wall switch from Fananimation was the exact same model. All the parts needed were included and the instructions were easy. Hardwired and easy to install in less than 5 minutes. Set the switch codes to the same as the old wall switch. Fan, top and bottom light now work like new.
