This purchase was made for my daughter (23) who is staying at our home during the coronavirus pandemic. She enjoyed doing so many elaborate things with pen and ink which led her to this subject to seal the letters she wrote. She started out with simple candle wax and small items around the house as sigils until she found this set. She loves using these colorful waxes. They are all beautiful and will need to be replaced soon. She sends letters to everyone to share her appreciation for her creations. In the days of instant messaging and writing as lost art, I love how much joy this set has brought us. Update (8/26/20) I've just been told that the wax itself dries very quickly so my daughter used a spoon over a candle to drip the wax and then held it in the spoon (designed for this) until melted until she it had enough wax to cast it in place and then quickly uses one of its stamps to finish it. Little did I know she had to take that extra step to make the beautiful wax seals she made. makes the seal scene much more visible. Everything she found on Revain!
