Does not work with MacBook Pro with Big Sur OS

Installing the associated driver rendered my laptop unusable: recursive boot and safe mode fail until the driver is removed. After uninstalling, I started working again, but I can't use the product. I've been in the tech industry for 20 years and learned to follow written installation instructions. I am 100% confident that I followed the instructions as intended with no distractions or distractions. Is that okay with zero stars? return in one day. waste of money; do not buy. I have a MacBook Pro with the latest operating system (Big Sur, Mac OS 11)
