It took me a few rides to get used to it, but now it feels natural and comfortable. Please note: it's not really soft, it just fits me well and has just enough of a tiny layer of padding to work for me. If you're not used to a slightly stiff saddle, this may not be the right fit for you. If you like this style and don't want to spend money, this might just be the one for you. The description says "microfiber carbon fiber leather" - not sure what it is, the description says it's a synthetic material. It seems quite strong and stable, time will tell how it will last. Note that the weight may be listed as 139g and I've seen reviews where it weighed 143g, mine only weighed 136g straight out of the box. The rails are made of carbon fiber and must be handled with care during installation. Some users have complained that the rails are broken - maybe they are too tight - so be careful when installing. I don't think you'll want to use this on a dirt bike that's going to be ass hopping a lot. Although the saddle is very valuable, my delivery time was over 8 weeks. As it arrived via international mail from China this is not surprising but don't expect to receive it next weekend.
