I ordered a right-handed model but received a left-handed model. This made it a little harder to take all the attached photos! The package contains 2 batteries, as well as a small disc that you can use to open and close the battery compartment! It also comes with a cooking temperature guide for all meats with USDA! safe cooking temperature requirements. I like how the probe on this model folds up so it doesn't need a probe cover and is also more compact for storage. There is also an additional temperature chart on the back of the box that defines the "danger zone" or 140-50 degrees Fahrenheit. This temperature sensor is awesome!
