Tool OK. The spikes break very easily. You'd better plan to purchase additional services. Mine broke about 15 minutes after using the product. The company guarantees it with spare parts, but they can't replace them overnight. I bought this and a 1443A manual. The spikes on both broke shortly after I used them. I bought two tools because I had a deadline to meet, but both broke and I can't meet the deadline. I think I might buy a third one, I can get it overnight. I wish the Amazons would have carried the spikes so I could get them overnight. I'll wait a week for parts and ruin all the work. Create study boards and schedule 15 students for the next week's classes during the week. Ugg, there's nothing better than looking bad in front of your clients.
